How can I make a return?

We have extended our returns period!

All exchanges and returns are free. We allow exchanges and returns until 31/01/24 for purchases made from 14/11/23 to 31/12/23, as long as the product is in its original condition.

We remind you that once you have purchased the product, you also have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to try it without obligation (does not apply to second or subsequent purchases of the same model).

If you need to return an order, please follow the steps below:

1. Find the UPS returns label that you received inside your order. This label is the one that the UPS carrier recognizes as prepaid so that the return is free of charge. If you do not have it, please contact us via email:  

2. Attach the return label to the external side of the box. To pack the products use the original box of the product (if it is not possible to use the original packaging, use a similar one that protects the products).

3. Take your package to a UPS Access Point. To find the nearest UPS Access Point, click here.  

4. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and after verifying that they are in their original condition, we will proceed with the requested refund. Please note that we have a maximum of 10 working days from the moment we receive the goods in our warehouse to make the refund. 

5. Always remember to take a picture of the label you attach to the item you return, or write down the tracking code and keep it until the return has not taken place. 


The return will be made by the same payment method with which the original purchase was made.
